The terms you agree to.

Terms of Service

These terms are between you and SMART GROWTH TECHNOLOGIES (UEN 53398715J), a business registered in Singapore ("we"), which runs School Planner. By creating an account or buying a pass, you agree to them.

What School Planner is

  • School Planner helps parents in Singapore plan for Primary 1 registration, using published records:
    • MOE's past Primary 1 registration results, as compiled by sgschooling.com;
    • URA private property transactions and rentals;
    • HDB resale records;
    • OneMap for addresses and distances.
  • We are independent. We are not part of, or endorsed by, MOE or any school. We are not an agent for any school.
  • The figures are a guide, not a promise.
    • They come from past results and public records, and each one shows the year it is from.
    • Future registration results can be different.
    • Distances are measured in a straight line, which may not match MOE's official measurement.
    • School Planner cannot promise you a place at any school, and is not legal, financial or property advice.
  • Check important decisions with the official sources (MOE, HDB, URA) before you act on them.

Your account

  • You sign in with a one-time code sent to your email, or with Google.
  • Keep access to your email account safe: anyone who can read your email can sign in as you.
  • One account is for one family. You are responsible for what is done in your account.
  • You can delete your account at any time (see the Privacy Policy).

Free use and passes

  • Free:
    • the school directory and filters;
    • a shortlist;
    • an overview from your current address;
    • a result for one school at a time.
  • Passes unlock the full planner: Stay and Move for every school on your list, housing comparisons for homes you save, fallback planning, and a decision summary. Two passes are offered:
    • 90-day pass: S$99;
    • 12-month pass: S$299.
  • Upgrade: a family with an active 90-day pass can upgrade to 12 months for S$200. The 12 months run from the date of your first purchase.
  • Each pass is a one-off payment. There is no automatic renewal and no subscription.
  • A pass starts when Stripe confirms your payment.
  • When a pass ends, what you saved stays readable in your account, and the free parts keep working. Recalculating needs a new pass.
  • Prices are in Singapore dollars and include any applicable taxes.

Paying

  • Payments are taken by Stripe, by card (including Apple Pay) or PayNow.
  • Card payments appear on your statement as SCHOOL PLANNER.
  • We never see your card number.
  • Refunds follow our Refund Policy.

Fair use

Please don't:

  • copy, scrape or download the service or its data in bulk, or access it with automated tools;
  • resell or republish what School Planner shows you;
  • try to get into accounts that aren't yours, or to break or overload the service;
  • use School Planner for anything unlawful.

We may suspend an account that breaks these rules. If we do, we will tell you why.

Our responsibility

  • We work to keep School Planner accurate and available, but we can't promise it will always be error-free or uninterrupted.
  • As far as the law allows, we are not liable for decisions you make based on the planner, or for indirect losses.
  • If we are liable to you, our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
  • Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under Singapore law that cannot be limited.

Changes

  • We may update these terms.
  • If a change affects you materially, we will tell you before it applies.
  • A pass you have already bought keeps the terms it was bought under until it ends.
