- Is School Planner affiliated with MOE?
- No. We are independent. MOE confirms every home's official distance group, and our figures are MOE's published past results, each shown with its year.
- What will I see on my bank statement?
- By card: your card statement shows SCHOOL PLANNER. By PayNow: your banking app shows the payee as STRIPE PAYMENTS SINGAPORE PTE. LTD., Stripe's company that collects PayNow payments for us, with the amount and a Stripe reference number. PayNow doesn't let us change that name.
- How long do we need to live at the address?
- If your child gets a place through the home-school distance priority, your family must live at the address used for registration for at least 30 months. For the home you already live in, MOE counts from the start of the P1 Registration Exercise. For a newly bought property, the 30 months start when your family moves in. For a resale property, they start at the beginning of your child's P1 school term. If the requirement isn't met, MOE transfers the child to another school of its choosing. Read MOE's own wording before you decide: MOE: how distance affects P1 registration.
- Can you tell me my child's chances?
- No. We show what happened in past years for each distance group and phase, with the year attached. We do not produce a score, a probability or a forecast.
- What if my home is close to a 1 km line?
- We show it both ways when the two possible groups would give different results, rather than picking one. MOE confirms the official group.
- Do you renew my pass automatically?
- No. A pass ends on its date and nothing is charged again.
- Can I get a refund?
- Within 7 days of your first purchase. After that the pass runs to its end date.
- What happens to my data if I delete my account?
- Deletion is confirmed by email and then has a 7-day cooling-off period before removal. You can export your own data at any time.
